Factory Defects and Wrong Shipment
If the product is damaged or has a factory defect or If you have received wrong product: Index lighting customers have the right to return “Without shipping charges” provided that the product is in its original condition and customer has raised the complaint within a period not exceeding 2 days from the date of receiving the product. Provided that the product is sent to Index lighting with appropriate packaging condition within 2 days of purchase.
After receiving the product in original condition, the INDEX Lighting store has the right to choose one of the following options:
- Return the value of the product via bank transfer, and this procedure takes 5 working days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
- Replace the product with another product of the same value.
NOTE: The items are excluded from the return or exchange policy if products are not in their original condition. Misusing the product, such as: error in electrical connections, Physical Damage, Water Damage etc. Will not be eligible for return and replacement.
Replacement and Warranty Policies
Replacement of Products
To be eligible for a return and replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. All eligible products can be returned and replaced only once. Except for the products covered under warranty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that is we need the original Invoice. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
